| Additional Warranty Information | Maxell Corporation of America warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If any defect in materials or workmanship appears during the life of the product, Maxell's sole liability shall be to repair or replace the product, or to refund the purchase price, at Maxell's sole option.This warranty does not apply to normal wear or failure of the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, improper drive adjustment or maintenance, or failure to follow storage or any other instructions provided by Maxell. |
